Having served as a supervisor within the British Columbia provincial government, she understands the rigors of government communications, from legislative accuracy to public accountability. Her background as an Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor for various publications means she views every project through the lens of precision and professional standards.
A contributing expert for Toastmasters International and a coach for TEDx presenters, Jill specializes in helping public officials find their voice and speak with confidence. She bridges the gap between high-level government strategy and common-sense public engagement, ensuring that every message is organized, transparent, and serves the community’s best interest.

Sean brings decades of high-level production experience rooted in a deep understanding of the civic ecosystem. With seven years spent at the heart of small-town local news, Sean has operated at the pulse of municipal life—covering everything from council chambers to community milestones. His background includes direct experience working with both federal and municipal entities, giving him a rare “insider’s view” of how public information must be handled: with accuracy, speed, and transparency.
A former publisher, graphic designer and professional audio/video specialist, Sean combines the technical precision of a live news director with the strategic eye of a designer. He specializes in taking complex data and turning it into clear, common-sense media that respects the audience and strengthens community trust.
